SHIPPING, TAX, CUSTOMS FEES & DUTY

To ensure your gifts arrive before 25th December, please check the delivery options and the estimated delivery times shown at Checkout before placing your order. Delivery times vary depending on the items and the destination.

If you are ordering close to the 25th, our Gift Vouchers are a perfect last-minute option and can be emailed instantly to the recipient.

Our Australian warehouse will be closed from 24th to 28th December, and from 31st December to 1st January.

Our UK warehouse will be closed on 25th and 26th December, and 1st January.

We offer a choice of shipping options, including priority shipping wherever possible, as we know how important it is to get to work quickly. Shipping costs are based on location, size and weight of an order with the aim of giving you the best discounted price and quickest delivery times.

​The website will instantly calculate all the delivery options, including the cost and estimated delivery times.

We aim to dispatch every order as quickly as possible. However, during rare instances of unexpected demand or operational issues in our warehouse, processing and dispatch times may take longer than originally estimated.

To find out the options for the order you want to place for delivery to any country:

1. Add all your desired items to your Basket
2. Open the Basket page
3. Click on 'Estimate Shipping and Tax' and select where you'd like your order sent to
4. Click on 'Get a Quote' to confirm

Please remember, large and heavy products cost a lot more to ship than products that are small and light. If a delivery estimate seems high, try removing large or heavy products from your basket for a comparison.

We cannot send flammable or hazardous liquids or aerosols by airmail.

Oversized orders or those requiring extra packaging may incur additional charges.

Depending on your order destination, the types of products purchased, and the value of your order, you may be liable for local import duties and taxes, which are your responsibility to pay. Please refer to the Tax, Customs Fees & Duty section below for more information.

If the products in your Basket are only available in our UK Warehouse, the order will be shipped internationally. If that is the case, in the Checkout:

-  The delivery options shown will all be international shipping methods
-  Sales Taxes will be automatically applied as per the rules below:

Orders below $1000 AUD are inclusive of a 10% GST, added to your Basket and there are no additional import duties or Customs fees.

Orders over $1000 AUD will not include GST, and will be processed by Australian customs and import duty and other fees will be applied.

If the products in your Basket are available in our AU Warehouse, the order will be shipped domestically. If that is the case, in the Checkout:

-  The delivery options shown will all be domestic shipping methods ("AUS")
-  Sales Taxes will be automatically applied as per domestic Australian rules

Please note, orders shipped from the UK, and over $1000 AUD, are not subject to GST at Checkout, but will be assessed by Australian customs and have GST and import duty applied at entry. Orders shipped from Adelaide are only subject to GST.

Orders under $1000 NZD are subject to 15% GST. Our New Zealand GST number is: 137-520-974.

Orders over $1000 NZD, are not subject to GST at Checkout, but will be assessed by New Zealand customs and have GST and import duty applied at entry.
